Health
We put people first. Primarily because we care. Secondarily it makes good business sense. An excellent safety record decreases costs and enhances productivity. Caring for people, results in a positive effect on all other aspects of our business and that of our clients. A health conscious reputation is as vital to your business as the products/services you provide.

Safety
Safety First. Our clients have come to realize this is not lip service, but a culture at Lone Tree. In turn they benefit from less injuries and hazards. Training is the biggest ally to safety at a Lone Tree man camp. Here are a few things we emphasize in our training to support a safe culture:
- Security Logs at Entry Checkpoints
- Third Party Consultants
- Frequent Fire Safety Drills
- Emergency Response Plan
- Hazard Reporting Procedures
- Maintenance Logs
- Close Relationships with Emergency Response Agencies
- Safety Programs: Safety Soldier Award
In this way we all win by striving to achieve our goal of zero incidents and accidents. These systems and processes are only as good as the leadership and commitment each of us demonstrates every day on the job. Lone Tree is committed to putting safety first every day.
“Lone Tree doesn’t mess around. Even a small hazard attracts a HUGE response from Lone Tree. I hope to earn my ‘Safety Soldier’ award soon”Tim T., December 2012
Environment
Ever mindful of our impact on the surrounding environment, we strive to reduce the footprint of our temporary housing camps. We have a reputation for minimal impact on the environment. Our clients love the fact we follow the mantra of:
- Recycle
- Reuse
- Restore
Our actions speak louder than our words in this regard. Where possible we do things like recycle kitchen oil, plant eco-friendly vegetation, and coordinate water usage with local conservancy districts.
This benefits our clients by demonstrating to the local community Lone Tree and affiliates are responsible citizens of the local communities in which we work.
